1. After the device is powered on, there is no output signal and the power light flashes?
(1) There may be a problem with the power adapter. It is recommended to replace the power adapter.
2. After the device is powered on, there is no output signal and the input light flashes?
(1) The device does not detect the input signal. Check whether the input source detects the output display. If not, it is recommended to replace the graphics card port or input cable (the input cable must support 4K60 and the copper cable should not exceed 5 meters)
(2) If the input source can detect the display, check whether the resolution is correct. If not, enter the graphics card control interface, customize the correct resolution and apply it.Or use the EDID burning software to re-burn the resolution (you can contact after-sales to provide software and operation instructions)
3. After the device is powered on, the output screen is not fully displayed and the screen is spliced ​​incorrectly?
(1) The splicing screen should be set to unit mode. If it is in splicing mode, there will be splicing errors and incomplete display problems. The device has splicing function and cannot be spliced ​​repeatedly.
(2) Check whether the output wiring sequence is correct?
(3) Check whether the active resolution of the input source is consistent with the desktop resolution?(Right-click the desktop -> Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> Select the corresponding monitor) If it is inconsistent, switch the resolution in the display adapter properties list of all modes; if it still cannot be modified to be consistent after switching, it is recommended to reinstall the independent graphics card driver (download the latest driver from the official website, clear the original driver and then install it)
4. After the device is powered on, the input signal light is always on, and there is no signal at the output?
(1) Check whether the output display device is working properly
(2) Is the output cable length more than 15 meters? If the output cable is too long, the signal will be attenuated, resulting in no signal or unstable signal. If it exceeds the limit, it is recommended to replace it with an HDMI extender or HDMI finished optical fiber cable
(3) Check whether the active resolution of the input source is consistent with the desktop resolution?(Right-click the desktop -> Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> Select the corresponding monitor) If it is inconsistent, switch the resolution in all modes listed in the display adapter properties; if it still cannot be modified to be consistent after switching, it is recommended to reinstall the independent graphics card driver (download the latest driver from the official website, clear the original driver and then install it)
(4) Check whether the device is grounded normally
5. Troubleshooting methods for individual outputs with no signal or flickering or distorted screens
(1) Check whether the output cable is longer than 15 meters. If it exceeds the limit, it is recommended to replace it with an HDMI extender or HDMI finished optical fiber cable
(2) Replace the output cable interface of the device and observe whether the problematic output signal changes with the switching interface.If the problematic signal changes with the switching interface, there may be a problem with the output port of the device, please contact after-sales service; if it does not change, there may be a problem with the output cable or output display device, please replace the cable or check the output display device
(3) Check whether the device is grounded normally
6. The output picture clarity is very poor, the picture is blurred, stretched and deformed?
(1) Check if the input source resolution is correct
(2) Check if the input device supports the resolution (for example, DVD, switch game console, Android box and other devices usually have standard resolution. If you need to output a special resolution, you need to find the input source manufacturer to modify the input source underlying software)
7. The input source can detect the device display name, but there is no output?
(1) Check if the input port supports the resolution
(2) Check if the device has a resolution limit
8. Can't the infrared remote control be controlled?
(1) Check if the device has a built-in IR receiver. If not, an external IR receiver extension cable is required
(2) Check if the remote control battery is charged
(3) Check if the remote control is the remote control for the device (check the product manual or contact after-sales)
(4) If it still cannot be controlled, please contact after-sales staff
9. Can't the serial port be controlled?
(1) Check whether the serial port line sequence is correct; if multiple serial ports are connected in parallel, check whether there is a short circuit in the connection
(2) Check whether the baud rate is correct
(3) Check whether the sent serial port code value is correct
(4) If it still cannot be controlled, please contact after-sales personnel
10. The control software cannot connect to the network, and the device is not controlled?
(1) Check whether it is a computer system supported by the control software
(2) Check whether the network cable is connected normally and whether the computer can detect the network port connection normally
(3) Check whether the control computer IP address is in the same LAN as the device IP address
(4) Check whether the control computer IP address conflicts with the device IP address
(5) Check whether the software version is the latest version
(6) Check whether multiple control softwares are opened
11. The control software serial port cannot connect to the device, and the device is not controlled?
(1) Check if the serial line sequence is correct
(2) Check if the USB port number is within COM10 (check and modify in the device manager)
(3) Check if the USB serial line is working properly
(4) Check if the software version is the latest version
12. Is the signal of the network extender unstable, has a distorted screen, or has no signal?
(1) Check if the length and type of the network cable are within the limit of the network extender
(2) Check if the network cable is straight (if the network cable is tied into circles, electromagnetic interference will occur)
(3) Check if the crystal head is pressed well
(4) Check if the network cable is normal and has no breaks
(5) It is recommended to use branded shielded network cables and crystal heads
(6) Check if the resolution is correct

13. Is the signal of the fiber optic extender unstable, has a distorted screen, or has no signal?
