Maximize Your Space with Our 1 Row 4 Column Vertical Splicing Solution

This is a project completed in April 2020, located in an Audi 4S chain store in Shenzhen, China. The project effect is 4 65-inch splicing screens in 1 row and 4 columns vertically spliced to display the style of Audi cars and advertising. The project used a BIT-VWC-206R product. So far, it has been the 5th year. 

Today, we received feedback from customers that they need after-sales support. The reason is that one screen was broken on the customer's site and the picture effect could not be displayed well. We need to help adjust it to the display effect of 3 screens. 

After our after-sales staff intervened, it took less than half an hour to help the customer adjust the picture and play the display effect the customer wanted normally. The customer received unanimous praise and praised our products:

1. For 4 years, the equipment has been working stably and the quality is excellent
2. When after-sales support is needed, it is available on call. Although the warranty period has expired, the after-sales support is never neglected and actively cooperated
3. The equipment is simple to operate and the learning cost is low
